A stylish natural beach villa that they chose was perfect for the simple and fun prewedding that they wanted, while it also looks effortlessly cool at the same time. We knew it would be meaningful for us to have been able to create something lovely for them. When they decided to have a prewedding shoot with us, we were more than happy to do it. We know Lina is a tomboy-ish girl, but Mario’s loving and protective character can bring out that femininity in her.
Mario, is someone who can take good care of her carefree being. Her independent, creative and hardworking nature with a cheerful and sincere heart is what’s truly charming about her. She’s one of those good friends that you are proud to have in your life. All thanks to the similar taste we share about om music, style and even dreams.
We’ve been friends with Lina since highschool, but we got closer after college. And when those two souls are also the people that you love, it certainly elevates the joy. Photographing two souls being in love is definitely something we enjoy. We craved the quiet and peaceful life we got to experience there. It was just so wonderful to have spent a quality time with the family & good friends at a such a serene place. After a day of shooting in and around the eco resort, we had a dinner together by the beach as Will’s birthday celebration. The beach house stay was a surprise gift prepared by Amelia for William whose birthday coincide with the trip. But the most interesting part was when we visited the Praijing ethnic village, where we got to meet and interact with the friendly native people! They are the friendliest bunch! It was so adorable to see how helpful they were towards us when we did a shoot there. There’s something special about this place that is so heartwarming. “Dreamy Destination Prewedding Adventure in East Sumba” After that, we were literally chasing the sunset driving to Squeaky Beach, which also marked the end of our 2-day shoot. We hopped here and there, running around like kids, losing the track of time. All of us were so hyped when our toes touched the soft white sands. The most memorable moment was when we reached the sand dunes after a long drive and a lot of walking.
It was a nice feeling when your couple were appreciative and as excited as we were when doing the shoot. Since the planning stage we were already so thankful for Maggie and Michael who were being so open to our ideas, especially for the ‘newlywed couple stroll in the city’ concept. This was the first visit for them, therefore we wanted to go the extra mile to show things in and around our most beloved city so they can have a great wholesome experience. Maggie and Michael flew from Hongkong to Melbourne for a 2-day prewedding shoot with us. Prewedding of Maggie and Michael is the epitome of what Melbourne is all about.
